i ran the marathon in a suit and tie and barely survived. the first half was a breeze but as soon as i hit mile 9 my knees began to hurt in a big way. each step was excruciating pain but i had no choice but to finish. as i crossed the finish line and crumbled to the ground i couldn’t feel my legs, but i was content knowing i was one huge step closer to being the strongest man alive.

after releasing my album i decided the next logical step is of course to run a marathon. i found one close to where i am on my journey. only issue is its in 3 days and ive never run more than 5 miles in one go before. everything online says “absolutely do not do this” and “it will lead to injury” or something lol

when i was 9 my mom asked me what i wanted to be when i grew up. i set down my quantum dog prototype (kid genius) and said mom i want to be the strongest man alive. now 5 years later my mission is almost complete. my new album “strongest man alive” is out everywhere. thank you for listening, watching and supporting this life long journey. hoodies, tshirts, etc available now on this webiste, Asking music video out now, visuals for all songs on youtube as soon as i can get down from this mountain. love,leo

no AC in the limo

ive gotten to the bravery section of my book, and immediately i knew what to do. I bought a white limo and im gonna drive it across the country until either my album comes out or it breaks down. where should i stop along the way?

ive been walking for 3 days now, hoping to find a guru/shaman figure

my album “Strongest Man Alive” will be released in 10 days but ill be long gone before then. about 3 months ago my life completely changed. i found a self help book and set out on a journey to improve myself in 6 steps: appearance, mentality, strength, money, bravery, and kindness. i’ve improved a lot (see for yourself) however the real journey starts now. i need to hit the road and see the world. it’s time for a real adventure. thank you for incredible amount of support so far, there’s so much more to come. the 9 song EP “Strongest Man Alive” releases october 18th 

these billboard companies are really starting to get on my nerves. they’ve put up my billboards upside-down, backwards, magnified, and worse. also apparently it’s “looked down upon” and “in bad taste” to put up a 50 ft naked image of myself holding a dj board. “no chance in hell” they said. it hasn’t been easy but keep your eyes peeled and you might see one

i think i want a cat. don’t get me wrong i love my iDog, but it can’t show affection or do anything. would be nice to have a lil cat around

as you can see in the attached picture, things are going well with my personal trainer. we listen to italian rnb and talk about our problems. im getting stronger by the day.

i got to the money chapter of my book today, checked my wallet, and realized i had to put out another song. “Big Talk” is out now, more monetization techniques soon

I found a personal trainer but he keeps trying to get me to lift a car by myself and I tell him “Firas I cannot lift that.” we have a lot of fun though and he’s made me twice as strong so far

been watching the movie rocky over and over (just the training montage scenes) and he makes it look pretty simple. will this work for me too or is it lies? i think at the very least i gotta start drinking raw eggs like he does

everyone seems to like the song i put out but that doesn’t really affect the real issue at hand which is i need my muscles to be at least 2-5 times bigger than they are. and fast. the book has a whole chapter on strength but those are just words, i need like a personal trainer or just a huge buff guy to help me..

this friday my first song in many years comes out. ive made multiple albums, gone through multiple relationships, and just changed so much as a person since the last time i released music. i finally feel like im having fun again. ive been able to reframe my expectations for myself and my work and its made me feel so free. breakfast is a fun song to lead things off with. its produced by my best friend and roommate christian and it started by me getting really into old 3OH!3 and Flaming Lips. the music video is inspired by the opening scene of an episode of better call saul, which i was watching throughout the making of this album. its good to be back :)

everywhere i go in the knight suit people stop and stare, most people smile but some people seem to be more confused and skeptical. i think they assume i have ulterior motives, but really im just getting groceries like everyone else
